What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, phone number, optional email, chosen project and message so we can respond. Do not send identification documents, card details or sensitive financial information.
How a form reaches us
Forms are processed on our hosting server and saved in a private folder outside the public website. A notification is sent to our inbox using the hosting mail service. Hosting and email providers may process technical data and information outside Egypt. Enquiries are not automatically sent to developers or other property platforms.
Retention and your choices
We use enquiry data for the related conversation and aim to remove it within 12 months after the last contact unless a longer period is necessary for a legitimate operational or legal reason. Ask us for access, correction or deletion, or to stop contacting you, using the contact details above.
Cookies and optional measurement
The site stores your cookie preference locally. Optional analytics or advertising measurement runs only after your consent and owner configuration. Enquiry contents are not sent as analytics event parameters. You can change your preference using the footer control. The hosting provider may keep essential security logs.
Consent to contact
The required checkbox authorises our platform to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the specific enquiry you submit. It is not consent to unrelated promotions. You may withdraw contact consent using our contact details. We retain a record of the wording, page and language associated with your enquiry.
Campaign attribution
With your optional measurement consent, the enquiry may include the campaign source, campaign reference and advertising click ID from the landing-page address. They help attribute enquiries and are not collected by this form when optional measurement is declined.
Session attribution
With optional measurement consent, campaign references are stored in session storage for the current browser session and included with an enquiry for attribution. Declining measurement clears this reference. Names, phone numbers and enquiry messages are not sent as analytics event parameters.
